Rick Tubb has counseled clients and tried lawsuits in his hometown of Dallas and throughout Texas since 1982. His diverse practice includes business law and business disputes, real estate matters, probate, trust and estate matters and municipal law. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in the state and federal courts of Texas, including corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies of all sizes, as well as ordinary people who have been wronged and seek legal resolution. 

 

Rick’s legal career began with the firm now known as Godwin Bowman, followed by several years with Bracewell & Patterson (now Bracewell, LLP). From 1991 to 1994, Rick served as a trial lawyer with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. He opened his solo practice in March 2003, and joined Chuck Billings in 2018.
